Educational Research

I am experienced in both quantitative and qualitative research design. I have chaired over 30 doctoral dissertations, overseeing the methodology of diverse studies, including mixed method research, structural equation modeling, ethnography, case studies, phenomenology, experimental, regression, ANOVA, and ANCOVA designs, among others. However, I am not interested in providing detailed consulting in research methods, as my particular strength is in research design, including developing compelling problem statements, identifying research questions that target the study's purpose, and crafting a methodological approach aligned with the research questions. I am also an excellent editor, having served on the editorial boards of multiple top-tier journals in educational psychology, but I rarely take on additional editorial work, unless the topic and purpose are particularly compelling to me.
